Mickel Therapy
Mickel Therapy is a new effective treatment approach to healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, Fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome—as well as the conditions of Anxiety and Depression.

Mickel Therapy works from the perspective that symptoms are complex communications or messages from the body’s intelligence. Treatment seeks to unlock and translate the associated message so that they can be processed. This means that the treatment process allows the body to stop sending symptoms by dealing with the underlying cause of the symptoms.

Mickel Therapy has now helped over 300 sufferers of ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia back to full heath with a success rate of over 80%.

Theory
The theory behind Mickel Therapy is that the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME and Fibromyalgia are created by a dysfunctional Hypothalamus gland.
The Hypothalamus is a highly complex gland intimately involved in maintaining balance, or homeoststis, within the body.

Because the Hypothalamus is central to regulating a balanced exchange between the internal and external environment, it is extremely sensitive to anything that challenges this balance.

A dysfunctional Hypothalamus ceases to respond appropriately to feedback from the body, instead it continues to flood the body with chemical messages that lead to the creation of symptoms through the Nervous, Endocrine and Immune systems.

Treatment
Mickel Therapy involves one to one consultations without the need for medication, supplements or diet change.
Treatment length varies, but about 75% of cases will be complete after 6-8 sessions while the other 25% will take longer.

Mickel Therapy is not a psychotherapy and it does not seek to change thoughts and beliefs. It is a bodymind healing process that works with physical symptoms in order to clear the messages that are linked to them.
